Zane Williams. Ray Wylie Hubbard. Jason Boland. Junior Brown. Aubrey Lynn England and Yellow Rose. The O's. At first glance, this may sound like an excerpt from a lineup for a three-day country music fest, but these were only a few of the acts that graced the Courtyard Theatre in Plano last year.
This year, the theater - located at 1509 H Ave. - will play host to yet another round of homegrown regional talents for its Texas Music Series.

SPORTS UPDATE
The McKinney football team ended its spring practice schedule with its annual Spring Game Thursday night from Ron Poe Stadium, bringing the Lions one step closer to their season opener in late August.
“Our spring schedule ended on a real positive note,” said Jeff Smith, McKinney head coach. “Our kids got better as the spring went on and we learned a lot about all of our players, not just the ones on varsity, but the ones preparing to take that next step. We found out a lot about what our identity is on both sides of the ball.”
